Once I've reviewed your information, tapped into you and your energy, and determined if and how I can help you, I will contact you to set up a thirty-minute phone call to discuss my findings and game plan for your treatment.
The call is a simple, pressure-free conversation meant to be informative, provide you some answers, and lay out what to expect should you choose to proceed with treatment.
After the call, I'll email you a quote detailing your treatment and the price discussed during the call (no surprises).
If everything looks good, and you would like to proceed with treatment, simply hit "Accept" on the quote.
On acceptance, the system will issue you an invoice. Just click "Pay Invoice" at the top of the invoice and go through the checkout process.
When I get the notification from the system that an invoice has been paid, I will get your first session scheduled and message you with the date. The date is just to make you aware of how quickly your treatment will start, nothing else. There is no need to align our schedules or for you to participate in the treatment session: no Skype, no Zoom, no phone calls - just go about your day.
You will also receive a follow-up message requesting that you choose a password for your online portal. The portal will give you 24/7 access to everything in your file in real time. You can learn about the Client Portal here.
After your session is complete, I'll send you a message letting you know it's completed and that I updated your file with your session notes letting you know what I found, worked on, and what you should expect. There's nothing for you to do except check the notes at your leisure or provide some feedback if symptoms have changed (more on that in a minute).
Typically, the day following your session will be a rest day as your body heals from your treatment, but this can vary from client to client and is personal and specific to each client's body. If it takes two or three days, then it takes two or three days. You can opt that Tanya either listens to your body or your higher self. Your higher self knows more than your body. Your body might tap out becuase it doesn't want "purging effects?" (as discussed in the next bullet) while your higher self might know there is no true harm in purging effects and knows you are fine to continue with treatment. The choice is yours and will be discussed on your initial phone call. You can change your mind later if you choose.
You may notice changes in your body, some subtle and some not so subtle. Some may be pleasant (more energy, awareness, alertness, improvements in symptoms, etc.) while others are a less pleasant (involving purging symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, phlegm/mucus production, increased sweat production, lethargy, etc.) as your body releases the trauma (physical, emotional, and psychological) addressed during the session. As these occur, I ask that you please send me updates regarding what you're experiencing and how you're feeling, so I can update your file with the information as well as possibly intervene should it become too uncomfortable.
Generally, sessions are conducted in an every-other-day fashion. If you had a session Monday, expect one Wednesday and Friday. I generally don't work on weekends, but sometimes I do. For instance, if your side effects are such that you need to take a day or two off treatment, I may work you in on the weekend to complete your three sessions for the week. Keep in mind, while there may be delays in your treatment due to purging effects, your body (in its improved state since your last treatment session) is still healing itself during your non-treatment days, so healing is still occurring. Regardless of delays (even if it ends up only being one session per week), you will only be billed time for the exact amout of time (no rounding) you are in session. This is one reason why it's so advantageous to do the Retainer or Bundle plans.
Again, after each session is complete, I will send you a message as explained above, and this will continue for the duration of your treatment. In the meantime, if you have any questions, you may communicate with me through whichever method listed in your Client Portal is most convenient for you.
